New installation using the interactive command line installer

The sedex-Client can be installed using an interactive command-line-based installer. This method is intended for installations on operating systems without a graphical user interface.

This installer can be used to install a new sedex-Client or to migrate an existing installation. Caution: If you want to migrate an existing sedex-Client, first read Migrating/updating existing sedex-Clients .

Type the following command in a command line window to start the installer (adapt the x to your version):

java -jar sedex-client-7.0.x.jar -console
